RETURNS
POLICY: Please contact us immediately if there is a
problem with your order. If your order arrives damaged, please
contact us and the carrier who delivered the order before returning
the order to Chapman Music. Save all packaging in case the
carrier needs to inspect it for their investigation. Outgoing and return shipping charges will be refunded
if we made an error in your shipment; in other instances shipping
charges are refunded at our discretion.
ABOUT
PRICING: We strive to offer the best pricing on all
products. We do not artificially lower prices then add hidden
shipping charges. We quality-check all merchandise before
shipping to insure you will get the best product for the money with
no defects or damage.
AVAILABILITY:
We mail your order of all in-stock items within 7-14 working days.
Occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock
and take as long as 6-8 weeks to become available due to
production backlog at the manufacturer. We'll let you
know when we expect out of stock items to arrive.
US
SHIPPING: We us UPS and US Postal Service for shipping.
Most instruments and cases will be shipped UPS. You can select
priority shipping when you complete our order form THE APPROPRIATE
SHIPPING FEE WILL BE CALCULATED AUTOMATICALLY AND ADDED TO YOUR ORDER TOTAL
WHEN YOU COMPLETE YOUR ORDER FORM.
INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING: As of this time we are unable to ship
outside the United States. Please e-mail us about
international purchases.
SALES
TAX: 6% sales tax will be added to shipments to Kentucky
addresses.
PAYMENT
METHODS: Chapman Music accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard,
Discover Card, US$ check or US$ money order. You can also purchase
via the website using a check or money order; Chapman Music will
confirm your order total and hold your selections pending receipt
of payment. If payment is not received by us within ten (10) business
days following receipt of order, order will be cancelled. Please
allow five (5) business days for personal checks to clear before
we process your order for shipment.
